Builder Captain, Stanley Martin Companies

Hilda Barg Homeless Prevention Center HomeAid broke ground in May, 2005 on a brand-new storage facility on the shelter’s grounds off Jeff Davis Highway in Prince William County. Builder Captain, Stanley Martin Companies, plans to complete the building in time for the shelter’s 15th anniversary celebration in August.
