Doorways for Women & Families, Arlington
Builder Captain, NVHomes

NVHomes is the Builder Captain for Doorways for Women and Families, a non-profit care provider in Arlington County.  The Freddie Mac Family Home was completed in 2007.  The dedication ceremony celebrated the opening of the home and HomeAid Northern Virginia's largest completed project to-date. This new home is larger and better equipped to provide more homeless families with safe housing and intensive support to prepare them for self-sufficient living. The project is a partnership between HomeAid Northern Virginia, NVHomes and the Freddie Mac Foundation. This new state of the art facility will provide care, hope and safety for up to 21 women and children and family members.
